Sang Pham

Sang is employed at Michael Fox Arts Accountants as a senior tax accountant having previously worked as a senior accountant nationally. As a Xero and Quickbooks certified advisor, Sang understands the common issues that business owners face when looking after their accounts and this is where Sang can help. Sang holds a Master of Commerce in Advanced Accounting and is an Associate Chartered Accountant. In his spare time, Sang loves fishing and spending time with his young daughter.

Lachlan Maclaine-Cross

Lachlan Maclaine-Cross is a tax accountant, who specialises in film, TV, radio and music. He holds a Bachelor of Songwriting and Music Production, a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and a Certificate IV Bookkeeping and Accounting.

After hours you will find Lachlan practising a new song or tinkering in his home studio.

Wyatt Pham

Wyatt is a dedicated accounting professional with a passion for precision and financial excellence. He graduated in 2012 from Vietnam with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Diploma from the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI). 

Over the years, Wyatt has honed his skills amassing over a decade of experience as a senior bookkeeper and tax accountant. He’s proud to be a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, and he’s currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting at Deakin University, working toward becoming a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. 

In November 2023, Wyatt joined Michael Fox Arts Accountant, where he continues to channel his expertise into helping clients thrive in their tax endeavours. In his spare time, Wyatt loves cooking and exploring new places.

Lorin Walker

Lorin Walker is a registered BAS Agent and Bookkeeper. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Taxation from Curtin University. She has 25 years experience as a tax accountant and bookkeeper. Lorin loves helping clients maintain accurate data. Lorin is married and has two teenage sons. When she isn’t reconciling accounts, Lorin can be found stitching large cross stitch masterpieces or researching her family history.

Dat Nguyen

Dat joined Michael Fox Arts Accountants in July 2021. Commencing as administrative support, Dat is now responsible for the practice administration. Before joining Michael Fox Arts Accountants, Dat spent two years working as an accounting assistant for a public accounting firm in Singapore. Multiskilled, Dat also worked as a civil engineer in Vietnam before he made the decision to change career paths and retrain as an accountant. Dat strives to be efficient and effective in his work, while identifying opportunities for innovation.

Dat holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Professional and Practising Accounting.

Liam Nguyen

In 2022, Liam commenced as a bookkeeper with Michael Fox Arts Accountants. Since then, Liam’s role has evolved to incorporate ATO liaison/practice
administration and team leader of the Hobart team. Liam assists in streamlining the practice’s processes and is the key point of contact for the team.

Liam was educated at the National Economics University in Vietnam and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. After moving to Australia, Liam completed his Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Tasmania as well as his CPA qualification.

Liam is passionate about creativity and art. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, listening to music and trekking.

Vanessa Philip

Vanessa joined Michael Fox Arts Accountants as an Assistant Accountant in February 2023. She is passionate about accounting and has won several awards in statistics.
 
Vanessa graduated from Swinburne University of Technology with a Bachelor of Accounting in December 2018. Since then, she has undertaken professional development completing a tax course with H & R Block.

Vanessa has been working in the accounting industry since 2019, with experience in one of the top 5 accounting firms. During her spare time she enjoys cooking and going on hikes.

Rubina Bogati

Holding a Bachelor of Accounting from La Trobe University Sydney, a Master of Business Accounting from Victoria University Sydney and a MBA degree from IMC College Hobart, Rubina has recently joined Michael Fox Arts Accountants and Valuer as an Assistant Accountant in the Hobart office.

Before joining Michael Fox Arts Accountants, Rubina spent several years working as a Graduate Accountant in a public practice in Sydney.
An outgoing and friendly person who aspires to grow within the industry, Rubina is enthusiastic about learning new things, both within her profession and her life.

Dennis Meng

Prior to joining Michael Fox Arts Accountants, Dennis worked as finance officer for one of the largest non-for-profit organisations in Hobart.
Dennis is skilled at reconciling and maintaining clients’ accounts using various accounting software.

As a Xero and QuickBooks certified advisor, he is happy to help clients solve technical issues and achieve the best result.
Dennis’s educational background includes a Master of Professional Account and Finance from Deakin University in 2019 and a Master of Business Administration from University of Tasmania in 2022.

Dennis is a registered Open Water Scuba Diver. In his spare time, he loves to explore the world beneath the sea.
